Matthew Raphael Johnson
Dr. Matthew Raphael Johnson, formerly known as the priest Fr. Raphael Johnson, is a popular online personality in right-wing and ethnonationalist circles, and deposed priest of the Autonomous Orthodox Metropolia of North and South America and the British Isles. He is now a married layman.[1]
Dr. Johnson has extensive podcasts and writings related to history and nationalism on his website[2]. He was deposed by the Metropolia in 2016 over his teaching of the heresies of imyaslavie and phyletism and relatedly, his involvement with neo-nazism, in combination with various canonical offences.[3]
