Reception theory

Needs a better source than Romanides. Yes, any synod in its decisions decrees those decisions to be correct, almost by definition, and does not want to wait until everyone agrees or disagrees. This does not affect what we consider in retrospect to be ecumenical. Either we remove these criticisms of reception theory or we need a better source to explain the nuances.
