Council of Carthage

The council held in Carthage in 418 or 419 AD was endorsed by the Ecumenical Councils. Specifically, Canon I of the Fourth Ecumenical Council, Canon I of the Seventh Ecumenical Council, and Canon II of the Sixth Ecumenical Council. As such, its canons should be read as having an effect like those of the Ecumenical Councils.
